Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Tawlify, run by AleyLabs, Aley, Lebanon (“we”): as a guest ordering at a venue, as a venue's staff, or as a visitor to this website. By using Tawlify you agree to them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Ordering as a guest
- Tawlify passes your order to the venue. The venue, not Tawlify, sells you the food and drinks and is responsible for the menu, prices, preparation, allergens, service and payment, which you settle with the venue.
- An order is placed when you send it; the venue may cancel it, for example if an item is unavailable.
- Use a table's QR code and daily code only at that venue, and only to order for yourself and your party.
- Loyalty stamp cards are run by each venue: the venue sets and may change or end its rewards, stamps can only be used at that venue, and they have no cash value.
- You need to be 18 or older to create an account, and you're responsible for orders placed with it.
- You can delete your account any time on your profile.
Venues and their staff
- Venues use Tawlify under the plan agreed with us (a free pilot, then the monthly price shown on Pricing), and can stop at the end of any paid month.
- The venue keeps its staff sign-ins private, makes sure its menu, prices and allergen information are accurate, and is the controller of its guests' order data, which we process on its behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Menu text and photos stay the venue's; it lets us host and show them to run the service.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Tawlify. In particular, don't:
- place fake orders, or order at a table or venue you aren't at;
- try to guess codes, get around the security, or access another person's or venue's data;
- overload the service, scrape it, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.
We may suspend accounts or venues that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Tawlify running, but it's provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. If an order doesn't come through, ask the staff. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability to a venue is limited to what it paid us in the previous 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer law gives you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell venues and signed-in guests about important changes before they apply. Questions: hello@tawlify.com.
